Background: score went up 200 points from opening account. At 750-760 around time of CLI Request. They gave me a $400 auto CLI January at one year.

Went for PC to Cash Rewards. Also asked for CLI since it was a SP. Denied. Reasons being insufficient use of current limit.

How much of your credit limit have you been using in the last few months?

I put a few hundred at a time on it, but I usually pay it off within a few days. I let 0 report so maybe I should change that.

Not much you can do to influence a Discover cli. Best bet is to just use it and pif. Request every 3 months and see what their puter spits out. Not one of us can say with certainty does spend amount matter
