Did You just do that now ? Sunday 2am eastern ? Most creditors and banks do system maintenance on early sunday's which disables most of the features online . Give it a try on Monday .
Their site is down for maintenance every night from 12:30-3:30. I think it's12:00am to 12:00pm on Sundays. Good luck!
