Discover It CLI

Greetings!

I recently requested a CLI for my Discover It card and I know that they say they will not do a hard pull without your consent.  So, I went ahead and put in my information.  As soon as I hit the button to submit it, I got a page saying that "Your request is under review" and they'll get back to me in a few days.  If I don't get one then fine.  But does this mean that they did a hard pull?  Or can I rest assured that it will just be a soft pull?  Thanks guys.

I'm pretty sure they'll call you first if it's going to be a HP.

Its sp , its possible you may get it if it went to review, many havent been able to even get that mesage recently

SP unless you request a HP and online you get a different page with the disclosures instead of the reviewing page.  

Also, was your account secured?  If so the glitch from earlier this year seems to be back and it'll just stay pending until you call and have them release the request.

It was secured back in early 2015. Would I still have a glitch?

It probably does fall into that bucket of purgatory.  The request will sit there as pending because of the former classification until it either expires or you call and have them purge it.  Unfortunately it also means you can't get a CLI until they fix the underlying issues that they thought they had resolved back in March.

I ended up not hearing from them for a while.  Eventually, I called to ask them to lower my APR.  The rep gave me the 0% for twelve months promo and I decided to ask for a CLI as well.  They approved me for $700.  Then, a few days later I got a denial from pressing the luv button in the mail.
