I couldnt get a cli out of ms disco when i had my first card 3000 sl

I tried at 9 months and she said no way. I put decent spend on the card and always carried a balance plus a bt the first year zero offers for bt's and purchases , had a balance of about 1500 but as the promo came to an end i think i paid it down to 200. 

Then at month 13 i tried the prequal and bang card number 2 approved 6k sl

Then at month 14 i tried for cli on card 1 and approved for 1500 making that card 4500

Then 4 months later i tried for another cli on card 1 and approved for another 1000 making it 5500

But it did not say that, it said insufficient experience with current limit, which sounds more like not enough time had elapsed since he last had a limit increase to me. My denials of CLI were always due to having used too little of my current credit limit...due to always PIF. I could be wrong, but he might just need to wait a little while.

Just opened the denial letter as it arrived while I was on vacation.  Same reason as before....insufficient experience with current limit.
