Plus don't get me started on the rude CSRs From chase and the HP CLIs and the stupid 5/24 rule. Tho Chase is good for some things-like higher limits, decent rewards and a wide selection of cards.... they suck on many other things.

I don't trust my phone for financial stuff (Amazon is the only purchases I make from my phone) so I'll take your word on that! Most lenders are HP CLIs though but the rewards are pretty good! Being able to walk in a branch is sometimes useful too.
