This is another card I would love to have once I come out of the garden. What do they look for?

I applied 3 weeks ago and was told to call in. I was declined the only reason was a foreclosure that was 6yrs 10mo old. EQ played hardball and wouldn't remove it until this month, it was scheduled to fall off in June go figure.

I recently got approved with 707 EQ, 6 Inquires, Clean report, no baddies. I am fairly new to credit 8 Months AAoa. So I have a few new accounts opened.

DW was recently denied: too many INQs and new accounts. 712 EQ. 18 INQ at the time 😝
