I had a low fico TU 635 1 CO unpaid for 175 (3 months old) and 4 good account no late payment. oldest was about 3 years. I applied over the phone knowing i wouid be rejected. But wishing they would recon me. They rejected me but the rep was very nice and transferred to get recon'd and i was approved. had to settle for a high apr 21%. that dont matter. i pif all the time now. 

just my 2 cents.. try over the phone. be nice, tell them why you want the card. double cash back.. etc i think you have a shot

I had a similar experience. I apped online and they counter-offered by dropping the 0% APR intro offer. I wanted the card so I took the counter.
