I called and said my BK is over 8 years old, can you reconsider.
she said "What you need to do is call Equifax and ask them when it will no longer count against you.
I said it's a Bankruptcy, it's on a credit report for 10 years.
She said you would have to ask Equifax.
We went around a couple times and I said I can't talk to you... you know nothing about credit reports and are telling me equifax decisioned my Discover app and this is the "Credit analyst number provided on the app"
she said we are credit counselers or something not analysts, we don't reconsider computer decisioned apps.
