Yes, if it asked you for your bank info, it means you were approved. I went through this process online just yesterday (march 29) and they had me verify the bank acct number and routing number, and then choose a funding amount. Btw, I haven't seen my bank account balance change yet; I seem to remember reading that it may take 3 working days to have them contact your bank and send a request to verify the funds are available. I would think that you probably have until 2 working days after submitting your app to get your funds into your account.

UPDATE: I applied for the card on March 29 in the morning, and the funds for my security deposit was taken from my checking account on March 31. So, in case the OP is still wondering, I saw a 48-hour turnaround from approval to having the security deposit removed from my account.
