Discover cli, under review

I asked Discover for a cli today, for the first time ever I got a under review message.  Usually it approves or gives a msg of not enough history with my current limit.  Does this lead to a denial? No clue why it would be though...

My first review message lead to my largest cli of $4k. Often times it's a good sign!

That would be good, no clue why they always give me 500.  It's my lowest except cap 1, who it seems like I will die of old age before they give me a decent limit.

My last two day review message was a denial. The one before that was a $4500 CLI.
