So I used the 'Find My Offer" tool on the Discover site. It came back with Discover It. Should I give it a go?

Discover prequal is just a marketing tool? Did it give you a specific APR or an in between range? Even with a specific APR it is still somewhat sketchy. I read about someone's cat being preapproved one day. No, I'm not joking. :/

It always comes back with Discover it. Even if you put in fake info.

With 615 EQ Fico I wouldn't apply.

What other cards do you already have, how long have you had them, what negatives are causing your score to stay down, and how long since the latest negative?

FWIW in March 2012 they pulled TU for my Discover Cashback Bonus card, 691.
