Discover strange 0% APR

I have a discover It chrome and whe i applied the offer was for 6 months, but when I call 3 months (Sept 2016) later they thell me that my intro APR expires on November 2017, is this a special offer? 18 months 0% APR on purchases?

Nope it's been 18 months.

I have the same card and mine was 18mo also, I recieved it last april.
