@BBS My account opened 8/21 closed 9/9. It was a short statement. 58 days after opening I got a $800 Luv button increase 10/11. I did the Luv again on day 90 and got the 2 day message. Heard nothng until the mail showed up yesterday alomst 2 weeks later saying "Insufficent experience with current credit limint on Discover Card". Now that my third full statement ended and PIF. Ran $1250.00. Nothing. No auto cli as of yet. So I'm just gonna let it sit and see what they do. I'll have better luck with my C1 WEMC QS in a couple week after it hits 90 days. They have always given 2k+ since last years rebuild. Oh well.
I received a two day message when I asked three days before statement closed. This was the same day my FICO updated on the Discover site. Normally if you go back to the increase page. It will state there's nothing else you need to do. I knew it was a denial when I didn't get this the second day. The increase page went back to normal. So I hit them up again on the 8th for a CLI and received another two day message. On the 9th I checked my account and found a $4500 CLI. The 9th is the day my statement cuts every month. From now on I'll request on the 8th or 9th of the month.

The 9th of the month is my request date every month as well 
How many days elapsed between when you requested the CLI before the statement ended and after? Was it 5? I've never tried again that quickly, but I also never got a CLI denial until this most recent cycle (this month on the 9th).
The first request was the 6th. I resubmitted the request as soon as I saw my CLI request page changed back to normal. That was on the 8th. The next day on the 9th, I received the CLI.

I am a lucky one that they made wait 4 months before my first CLI, 126 days to be exact. Maybe it's because I asked too many times in the first 90 days. I will find out on the 14th if I am on the 30 day train, or something longer.
Update:
I ended up waiting until the 15th to hit the luv button again, because I wanted my latest payment to post first, bringing my balance to zero. I got the 2-day review message. That was Thursday, and today I logged in to see that I've been given an $800 CLI.☺
