Silly Question, sorry.
I’m browsing down Amex’s cards and noticed “Special Offer For You” under Blue Cash and Gold cards. I saved the link and sent this to my husband’s phone and his page doesn’t show it. Can someone elaborate more on this, please and thank you!
I have wondered this too since it shows that on mine and I'm to scared to shoot for one LMAO

I can’t seem to find info on this. I’m tempted to.
Those by themselves aren't prequalifiers or preapprovals, they only mean that you're being offered an enhanced SUB for that particular card if you are approved for that card. As an example you may see a Special Offer For You with a 50,000 MR sign up bonus for the AMEX Gold card whereas the normal SUB is 35,000 points.
If you want to see a preapproval you have to click through their preapproval link and be specifically told you're pre-approved.

Try opening up a window in your browser in incognito mode and going to the website.
Thank you. I wasn't prequalified for those but Delta Gold, Hilton Honors Surpass and Aspire did show up.
Just understand that while pre-approvals are solid they don't translate into a guaranteed approval, and a failure to be pre-approved doesn't automatically mean a denial.
Its marketing
