Does BOA use the same HP for 30 days for multiple apps?

I was approved for BOA cash rewards 8 days ago and they pulled EX. Now I'm considering another BOA card. A few questions I have:

1. If I app for BBR or travel rewards now (or both), will they use the same HP? Is this the 30 day same HP policy I've read about?

2. How does the travel rewards redemption work? Is it just for travel purchases, or any purchases? And do they offer gift card redemption or statement credits with travel points. 

3. How many cards can you have with BOA?

4. Can you have more than one of the same product (i.e. 2 cash rewards, to get 2 sign-on bonuses?)

1. No. They do combine apps in the same day though.

2. earn rewards on any purchase, but only can redeem on travel purchases. No. no.

4. Yes, but not sure for the 2nd part. You can have multiple BBRs, as they dont have a sign on bonus.  You would not want to waste your time having multiple travel rewards or cash rewards cards, their sign on bonuses are miniscule and pale in comparison with this churning esque behavior. just my .02.
