The only Capital One "SP" action that comes to mind are whenever the pre-qualified tool is used to determine product eligibility and whenever requesting CLIs.

The only time I didn’t have a HP for a new app was Jan 2019 when I applied for the QS1 and it hadn’t quite been 90 days since my platinum app. It was instantly denied then approved a week later with 3 HP
