True, but it's a baseline quick table to look at. If you're doing your homework on a card you should also be reading the T&C's for the card you're after. The most up to date info is on the app page.
The second link talks about 6/6 and I'm curious about if that's per bureau or total. It has never been made clear that I have seen.
My Citi pull last year was a double - EQ & EX. It was for their secured product (so, obviously, my file wasn't so hot back then )

Knowing that they pull 2 CR's you need to make sure none of your reports show more than 6 inq's in the last 6 months.
Looking at my 2 card experiences I was averaging 3-5 per CR at the times that I applied. Now if they expanded the rule to 6/12 or 6/24 there would be a whole lot less approvals around here.
Outside of that you have the other specific issues with them to deal with depending on if you have a card with them already and whether you care about picking up a bonus with the new card.
I applied for the Citi Double Cash rewards on 9/5/19(got denied due to my BK), and they did a double pull for me on EQ and EX.

Thanks. I figured it had to be per bureau, not total, based on how many people around here get Citi cards with tons of new accounts.
I don't have a lot of interest in most of Citi's cards except DC if I don't have a better 2% option in a year when my Disco match ends and possibly Best Buy when I go TV shopping next year.
