I was checking the forums to see if there had been any recent posts about Amex upgrades, and didn't find anything more recent than a few years ago. Has anyone gotten an Amex upgrade recently? Citi's retail site does have verbiage about upgrades being offered at their discretion, but are they actually still doing them?
