Does JCP do a HP??

I applied and was approved for JCP card yesterday. I already have other Synchrony cards--Lowe's, care credit and Walmart. I didn't see a HP on my reports today. Would they just do a SP since I'm already a synchrony bank customer (in excellent standing)?

I got a preapproval letter in the mail and it was a HP on TU.

Yup, Synchrony HP for all new accounts/apps regardless. CLI requests are SP.
