I'm in need of the address to send documents to BBVA due to them being unable to verify my identity. There was discussion here about this and I've PM'd a member but no response. This has led me to this general request. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

If you're sending something to P.O. Box 10566 be sure you have a dept. or a person's name, otherwise your documents could float around for quite a while.
That address is their 'general' address for literally everything. Years ago I used to submit my ATM receipts to that address for fee reimbursements... LOL. Good 'ole days...

I'm sorry I didn't give the entire address... I was assuming you had received the PM you were expecting (another example of why assuming is usually not a good thing).
Since it's not private or confidential, I'll give the entire address here for anybody that's interested. Please remember, this address is for literally anything related to BBVA Compass, not just credit cards. If you submit something to this P.O. Box without a name or department clearly indicated on your envelope, there may be a delay while your correspondence is properly sorted.

You're fine uncleb. There was another poster who posted the exact experience that happened to me who had I assume the exact contact of where to send info but the poster has not shared that with me and that's their right not to. I'll chalk this up as a loss. Thanks for your input though.
