Ok.. Although nothing is showing for BOA, she should be able to get it. Yes, go for all 3 but go with the Citi offer with 21 months 0% as you said you will be transferring some balances.
Whatever you do, apply for Capital One last as they pull all three bureaus...
Denied capital one. 7-10 day message
Denied BofA but was offered a secured card
approved Citi DC 5500
I'm just in shock right now!! these are her scores....
BofA
A refundable $99 security deposit is needed to open this account and secure the $500 credit limit.
Really lmao
First of, congrats on the Citi approval. As for Capital One, there is still hope and the 7-10 days may just be verification. Now, with BOA that is interesting. Since she has taken the hardpull, I suggest she calls and see why she was denied and if the decision can be overturn.
Definately ignore the secured card option offered by BOA...

Should I have her call capital one in the AM? or wait for the letter? same with BofA? She went to bed She was ready to stab someone in the face. I'm currently hiding the sharp objects hahahaha
Without the other 2 the citi was kinda useless LOL, yes it's a nice card but with the 5500 SL won't do us much good. We put all the bills on the AMEX couple grand, plus her spending, what we save for 5 people flying is great. but it won't be worth maxing the card out transfering anything over. we had about 4915 we wanted to move. I think maxing that out would make for an AA or force us to just pay it off fast which is not to smart. the 3% would be more than a couple big payments on current APR cards.
Still doesnt solve the braces issue. and I'd hate for her to apply for a care credit seeing as I already have one for 6k....
This stuff makes my head hurt...lmao

Aww.. Soothe her with a few kisses and re-assure her it will be OK. Yes, have her call Cap One in the AM. Know that with Capital One, if it is a denial you can have EO review the application for final confirmation so there is much hope there.
Also have her call BOA tomorrow and update the thread on why she was denied and if the decision can be overturn. I will keep my fingers crossed for you guys..
will do thanks

She called cap1 had to answer questions on her credit report. Said they will let her know.
That's good. At least it is not a flat out denial at the moment. Fingers crossed, hopefully she will get approved with a decent SL.
