If someone gets a few emails and it says preapproved for the ebates visa signature, does that mean its guaranteed 5k+ starting limit? I know you can request 25k once the card comes, or call in at approval to find actual limit when it gives the temp limit. Just curious. It did list a specific offer of 24.9.
