Ebates card

I was approved for an Ebates card with a $2k temp limit ($2400 limit) on 10/10. Called on the 20th because I hadn’t received my card. They said it was mailed on the 16th. Waited until the 26th and called again and they said it was never mailed and it got lost. They assured that it was being mailed out that day. This is day 7 and it’s still not here. They say 7-10 days but I’ve ALWAYS gotten my cards in 4-6 days. Anyone else have this issue?

YES! I have had the same issue. I called last night and was told that there was some type of technical error and that my card was mailed yesterday. I was approved on 10/11. Something is up.

I am patient. My real issue is someone else has a similar address than me west and east and I have lost an $150 gift card in the mail and several pieces of mail I just never recieved. I’m assuming it went to them beacause I have gotten several pieces of their mail including a card. Just makes me worry that it actually went to their address.
