I hope you get both cards. You are the person a year ago I saw talking about this card and got me interested.
Thanks, I hope so too!
It's funny how many people I have steered towards this card and I don't even have it lol. I'm starting to run out of goal cards so I figured I would take the shot for both (I was also hoping Elan may be an instant approval because my patience with pending apps is nonexistent). I have room for these two and one more card to still be 4/24 in November for the Freedom Flex.

It took 5-6 days to get my approval. I remember I kept calling to check on the status. I think mines took long because no relationship and I was 3/12 then. You on the hand have been gardening so hopefully they can speed it up. I get what you mean by goal cards. I'm applying for the last goal card in 2 days and it's like what do I look forward to next? Best of luck on Chase.
@Anonymous wrote:...I'll wait until tomorrow. A number of people who said the system couldn't find their application ended up being approved.
SO...? Did you call them? Did ya? Huh?
Tell me you got it! COme on, man, I need to hear it!
@Anonymous Seriously, dude, I WANT THIS SO BADLY FOR YOU!!!!!!
@ChazzieT Lol! I called earlier and the system still can't find the app. I'm going to hazard a guess that there being two of them is confusing the system seeing how US Bank and Elan have the same phone number for credit card underwriting. I'm just going to wait it out. I figure I'll hear something hopefully before the weekend but it's a good exercise in patience for me anyway.

BUT YOUR PATIENCE IS KILLING ME!!!!!!!
You better @ me as soon as you hear something!

I will!
My waiting period for my Cash+ was ridiculous. I applied on 6/16/19 and got an APR and SL. The screen then asked if I wanted to agree on the terms. When I did it went to manual review and become "officially approved" on July 8!
I know it varies per geolocation as to which bureau USB/Elan pulls, but I can't remember which score model they use. Is it classic 8? I've seen a couple people post their score 9
along with approvals for them so I wasn't sure.
