Express SCT (Shopping Cart Trick) HP or SP?

I was buying some stuff from Express, and I got the shpping cart card offer? Does anyone have experience with the SCT at Express? Please share with me whether it was a HP or SP.

(Side note: I shop a lot at Express and will be using the card a lot)
