Joined because they opened a new branch down the street from my home and apped for the Select VISA (rates as low as 8.99%) on July 11.
Got a call July 14 and they asked me a few questions and later that day I saw "instant approved" and not a peep from them.
Called today (July 20) and they said all applications are manually reviewed and give it a few more days and instant approval didn't really mean anything.
I guess I have never had a credit union be so slow for just a credit card?!
