FNBO CLI?

I had the Ducks card since November and was calling in for the first time to see if I qualify for a SP CLI.  The lady on the phone says you do qualify for a CLI but it would be a HP.  I told her that I wasn't interested in taking a HP and asked if there were any SP offers available for my account.  She said "We don't do that.  If you want a CLI it will be a HP."  I told her that I would decline.

I wanted to say that we have a forum full of DP that say otherwise.

I'm going to see if anyone else chimes in.  It could be an uninformed CSR(Lord knows there are plenty out there) or I just don't qualify for a SP at this time.  If I click on the CLI button in my online account, it says "this account is not eligible for a CLI".  That lady told me I was eligible.  Not sure what to think.

Re: FNBO CLI?

In the past, every time I called them about a CLI. I was told it would be a HP.

After several attempts I stopped trying.

Re: FNBO CLI?

FNBO did a no pull CLI of $5K on December 23, 2019 for me. Note, it was all about me pushing the CSR to look for "candy in the Cookie Jar". In days gone by, the Yankton SD Call Center was very friendly and would walk the extra mile to help. The Omaha Call Center was more cold and not as interested in helping. That was back a ways pre-COVID and now they may even be working from home (called and the CSR was working from home).
