FNBO Calling in for First SP CLI Experience

Ok guys i just called the number on the back of my NRA Visa i asked the Rep do i have any offers on my account for a CLI she seemed lost lol. She said we can submit uh that sound like HP coming i could have did that myself online so i thanked her and told her i would think about it. Any of u guys that have FNBO cards can u chime in with your Experiences this is my first card with them so i haven't got it down yet. Did i do it wrong?

Same here, I've never called in and received a SP. They always tell me it's a HP.

Called a few days ago on my MGM card that is 6 months old and asked for offers of SP CLI and they were able to check offers and go through a certain point in the process and if you have a "offer" such as a SP CLI it will tell them otherwise you will be advised it is a HP and they will stop at that point if you make it clear to them as I did as buying a house soon and made that clear at the begining of the conversation. Hope this helps a bit.. Others with alot more FNBO hopefully will chime in as this is my first card with them

I have a FNBO Amex. Called at 4 months no SP CLI offer. Called at 5 months asked if I had any offers for a SP CLI. Rep said that I did and only needed income. Went from $1500 to $3500. Waited another 5 months called again asked for SP CLI offer checked asked for income, again from $3500 to $5500. Then when I bought my Ram truck they offered me the FCA Mastercard from FNBO approved for $7500. SO far been doing good with FNBO. Funny thing though when I click CLI online it always says I don't have any cards available. My card is just now over a year.

bigpoppa09 my experiences mirror the credit poster CC. FNBO was giving me auto limit increases every six to twelve months. The only time I called in was to bump my FNBO Vision VS up from $9K and they did a soft inquiry and gave me $5K to $14K. After that they refused to increase (note at the time the card had seen the addition of the flexible spend option). After that over time they removed the Flex spend option August 1, 2015 and I closed it due to the low rewards rate of 1:1 (no use for it).
