Another question. I put our household income in the app. Do I have to send paystubs from my wife?
@Cashbackjunky You can also fax the documents, interesting that the number is not included on your letter but you can ask the CSR. I requested email as it was my first account with FNBO, and a relatively new business, so I could correspond directly with the decision maker. It was a wise choice.
If you used household income, yes, I would definitely include your wife's pay stubs and/or bank statements that prove you have access to those funds. Joint tax returns would also suffice but I shy away from providing tax returns for credit cards, others don't seem to mind. If you are uncomfortable with W2's , I would imagine tax returns to be a hard no.
Hope you have a positive outcome!
