6/5/22 - Updated again...Thanks to those who have asked about this. FNBO sent a letter in US mail requesting DL, SS card and 2 years W2. I was like really!!. I have been with them since 2012. I had the DL handy and SS card. I had 2021 W2 and 1099 on the PC. I didn't feel like digging through boxes for 2020 W2. I'm not applying for a mortgage. So, made copies of what I had and mailed them back in the envelope they provided. Of course, now since applying I have more INQs and 3 new accounts. The application status on my customer portal is still Pending.
5/6/2022- Update to the post below: Finally, on May 3 they pulled credit. HP on Experian. As of today, no emails, no phone calls, and no update on my dash board. Application status is: 'Pending' Remember, I am existing customer since 2012 and app'd from Pre Qual offer for $15K credit line. . I'll keep updating you all.
I have two cards with FNBO. One is 14 years old, the other is 5 years old. I have more travel planned this upcoming year. I thought about FNBO 'new' 2% Cash Back card. Great SUB! I learned about it on MyFico of course, a while ago. I have checked the pre qual site a couple of times. Last night I got serious. The pre qual came back at $15,000 and 14.9%. Nice! So I moved forward with the app. Reply came back after about 30 seconds. Thank you for submitting your application. You will hear from us in 2 to 4 weeks. WOW! Really?? OK, I was truly underwhelmed. I went on to another bank. See Approvals! Today, there is an email from FNBO:

Again, really???!!! Anyway, so I check the App Status and it just says 'Processing'. So, Data Points, I do have existing relationship as indicated. There have been no aAerts from any of my identity protection services, nor MY Fico, on any credit bureau pull (as of yet). I don't feel like calling them, but I'll update when I get anymore news.
It sounds like you'll get approved. the 10-14 days is way better than the 7-10 days, and with your profile I don't know why you'd get denied.
Maybe the review was because you already have 2 cards with high CL's?
However I could be wrong, and I'm sure someone will be along shortly to correct me if so ![]()

Best wishes to you with your application results!

The 10-14 days is their standard review period whether approved or denied. The OP can periodically check their status online to confirm which direction the application went.
Best of luck! Keep us updated on the result.
