First time I've applied for FNBO- was prequalified with an APR and limit of $13.1k. Application was processing then got a screen saying application was submitted and would be receiving a response in 2-4 weeks.
Is this normal for FNBO?

Normal Process / Manual review.
They will reach out to you, if any additional is required.
Give it a few days and then you can check status here;

Good Luck!

Yes, it is normal for FNBO to take that amount of time to process your application. Like M_Smart007 said, watch for any requests or questions that they may have coming up during this time frame. Sometimes they may ask for a copy of your drivers license, Social Security card, etc. to be emailed or mailed in to underwriting for verification. Best of luck..
Update: Going on nearly two weeks (Thursday, 12/22) and still in "Pending." Reached out to customer service and they keep telling me that I have to wait and that they don't see any requests from underwriting (even though UW is a separate department.)
Unsure of what's going on right now, but it is becoming a bit deterring.
