Do you have a BOA card at all?
I'd be encouraged to give a BOA recon a college try......
If you dont have a BOA card previously.... You might get a letter for a preapproval for the 99/500$ secured..... I know its secured.. but.. they do tend to graduate, even moreso than Discover lately....

Thanks, joltdude, but BoA was IIB. Two different cards. It was silly for me to try, but I was hoping they would counter with the secured.
