After what has felt like the longest wait, my card as finally arrived.
To confirm, it's the exact credit line and APR that I received from the pre-qual, and it's a Visa Signature.
Cash line is an odd figure - $2,320 lol
Congrats on your approval, I had a prequal for 15k at 18.24 and apped on 5/14 and it's still sitting on pending but no further communication from them so far. *fingers crossed*

I tried my luck at an Evergreen FBNO Preapproval... 5600.. at 18.24.. Not terrible but have quite a few better cards in my wallet...
I'm giving this one a hard pass...

Thought I'd add my two cents since these boards have been a great help. Experian Fico 9 is 696. Ex Fico 8 of 707. Rebuilding for a year. I have 21 inquiries in the last 2 years, but 11 were mortgage inquiries in a recent 2-week period. (In the last 12 months I've had the mortgage inquiries and 2 credit card apps.) Opened an Apple card last month, but no other cards added since last summer. I have four student loan late payments (2 90 and 2 120) about a year and a half old, plus 3 unpaid collections, all over 5 years old, of which one comes off next month. Utilization is 2%. It said I was preapproved for $11,600 at 25 percent interest yesterday evening on the Evergreen 2% Rewards card. (I PIF so not concerned about interest.) I applied, got the wait 2-4 weeks message, then today, less than 24 hours later, I got an approval email. Approved for exactly the same as the preapproval. Besides a $2500 Apple card and $1700 Discover, all my other limits are $500 and below, and I still have a handful of secured cards. Very pleased in the end.

Congrats on the rebuild and new found credit! And especially for the big FNBO SL!
I passed on SP getting the FNBO for now since it was 15k, but at the highest APR of 25.xx% because I felt from prior experiences, if it is the highest APR the odds might be low to none for approval. Your post gave me hope and we may just consider apping for this card!
It must feel great to get a good approval like this and they didnt even make you wait long for an answer. Mind you the DPs regarding baddies are really helpful, as it is always harder to gauge an app when you don't know the full picture, so thanks for sharing! SO has one remaining baddie on EX, an unpaid CO, so that is great! My pre-approval yielded nothing, even with 3 x unpaid CAs that are 6+ years old. No problem, I still have some work to do!
Enjoy the 2% back!
@justjac2 wrote:So there's a new post in the giant pre-qualifier thread for fnbo, and since I have no self-control lately, went ahead and tried it. I was pre-qualified for $15K Evergreen Rewards card with 2% cashback. The app went under review, said I'll hear something in 2-4 weeks. I'm not holding my breath since I just got a card from them back in October, and have opened at least 6 new accounts since then (yes, I know). EX pull, 760 FICO 8, 14 inquiries now. I'll update when I get a decision.
ETA: here's the link to the post
Aren't you an inspiration! I was actually considering FNBO after reading many approvals, pause button
How were you able to pull off so many new CC in short period and many HP?
I initially applied on 05-22-21 and I received a letter in the mail today from FNBO. It said the process my application for the credit limit that I requested, please supply copies of the following documents:
It said that I needed to reply within 20 days of the date of the letter and that they would give my application prompt attention. When I pulled the mail out of the mailbox today, I thought that it was a denial letter. From the looks of it, maybe I do have a shot of getting approved. I have already made copies of all 3 requested documents and I am going to put it in the mail tomorrow. Fingers crossed and hoping I will end up approved.
A few days ago, I went to the pre qualify site... entered in the my information and I was pre approved for $15K at 18.XX%.
pulled the trigger and instantly approved.
DP's
utilization 1-2%
Inquiries over 2 years vary from CB's 4-8
new accounts in 12 months: 4 maybe 5
BK 7 in 2014
clean report minus above
FNBO Not included
Fico 9 scores vary, low 700's across.

This is often a good sign, going by posts here in the past. Long as your stats are verifiable against what you claimed on the application you likely have pretty good odds.
