FNBO letter

So I recieved a letter from FNBO for a Visa and I have a couple of questions.  The offer is not very good with an APR of 21.99% and a $19 AF it's worse than the cold app on their site.  I am interested in getting an in with them for the free EX FICO.  So my questions...

1.  If I apply through the better offer on the site with no codes am I likely to be approved?

2.  If I ignore this letter, will better offers come?

Thanks!

Re: FNBO letter

I would try the online option without using the code. The trick to applying if you live outside of their marketing parameters is: when apping, (at the first page) select your state as Nebraska, then when you get to the next screen, insert your actual residential information.

Re: FNBO letter

BTW, is that for the Visa or the co-branded Discover/Amex?

Re: FNBO letter

IMHO wait on a better offer unless you live within their footprint and if so cold app

FYI they're INQ sensitive

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?
