Fidelity Visa

Has anyone ever applied for the Fidelity Visa and been approved with the standard "we need to review your application over the next 7-10 days"?  I don't understand why Elan hates me

This is common with US Bank and Elan. Does not mean a denial automatically. It seems they use a computer upfront and then with many applications send it to an underwriter for a review. Almost every card I ever got from the two issuers, the same double review took place. Not every one but most.

Hang tight it is not over. Does seem to take them 2 to 4 days for a review. At least in my case. In the end I got good CLs!

Yes, I called to follow up and they said it would be another 1-3 business days to review. Got a call from an UW to confirm info a couple days later. Got the approval email in a few hours, SL 20,500.
