Finally getting AMEX mail preapprovals

Got a pre-approval for the Amex Gold about a month ago. Today got a pre-approval for the AMEX Everyday with 15months 0% APR, with 12.99% APR after. Not going to apply, but its satisfying to see these letters Smiley Very Happy

Deja Vu. I received the same mail offer this week.  Are Amex pre approvals solid gold like Chase?
