For Nordstrom/TD Bank, does anyone know when I can reapply?

I closed my card with a balance last year (paid off the balance), and I was thinking of reapplying because I actually really regret closing it. It's been almost a year, does anyone know if there's a time period (like 1+ year) before reapping the same card? Might seem like a silly question, but I've never applied for a card I previously closed.

I can't imagine there's a time limit from when a card is closed to being opened again. Seems like you left on good terms with the balance paid. All you can do is give it a try...it only cost an HP.
