Remember SYNC is like Comenity, they may say no one one card but yes on another... Walmart told me know but Sams opened a shorter time and with a lower limit gave me $8k! they don't always make sense!

And yes for the people that can't find the chat, it's day hours... not exactly sure what those hours are and what time zone but it seems to be between 6-7AM Pacific to at least 3pm pacific... have not tried much later.

Congrats on your increase! My only other is Amazon, but I've never seen a chat button there. I think Old Navy might be pulling an old report for me from October when my utilization was very higher. I tried Amazon last month, and they soft pulled my from October. My increase was denied as well.

I called in and they did a softpull for me and doubled my credit line from $2500 to 5K.

Wasn't approved on my Amazon Store card but at least the chat in Safari works. I tried doing it in Firefox and I couldn't even type out replies. I'm gonna do an experiment in two months to see if anything changes then for science. In the Amazon one I also didn't say that I'd be willing to accept a counteroffer but I don't think that would have made much of a difference.

I'll see if Ebates works. And nothing on that end either. That time i did say that I'd accept a counteroffer if available.
