GM Card CLI Possible?

Has anyone with a personal GM Card been able to get a CLI?

I called and he said you can only do it online and it is located under "Useful links" but when I go there it is not there... does that mean my account is not old enough or does not qualify or did this gentleman not know?!

Don't believe there is a CLI option at this time.

I have not seen a CLI in the approvals section so far.

I'm guessing the gentleman did not know, or was thinking Apple card?

Re: GM Card CLI Possible?

Last I recall someone here was told they're not doing CLIs yet but may in the future.  I tend to think if they're not going to do any CLIs that needs to be made clear up front and not buried in some fine print (assuming Goldman Sachs is disclosing it as they should).

Re: GM Card CLI Possible?

I'm just checking to see if anyone yet has gotten a CLI (auto or requested) on the GM Rewards card, now that it's been around for a bit longer.  I took a shot at the preapproval the other day after closing the deal on my new Camaro, and after some difficulty getting the application to accept my driver's license images, I was offered a $2000 SL with the 0% APR/12 mo and 15,000pts/$1000-spend SUB.  Would love to start tricking out my ride in the Chevy parts store but the thought of a forever-frozen $2k limit has me feeling kinda meh... if I want that, I'll just keep holding onto my Mission Lane card.

AFAIK, that option is currently not available.

Re: GM Card CLI Possible?

Think @Jnbmom might know about whether a CLI is currently an option?

How did you cope this problem of not accepting DL? Do you think the problem of not accepting DL has to do with DL issued in certain states??

I didn't think @Jnbmom had this particular card.

NVM - just confirmed.

As far as the CLI option, it is present in the drop-down options for the business card, but newer biz accounts aren't eligible yet. For the personal version, there was some chatter that it could become available after ~12 months from the refreshed GM CC program.
