Well i called EO and what i thought was odd was that the lady i spoke with didnt seem too concerned i got someone elses denial letter. She said my application was denied and if i wanted it to be manual reviewed they would need to pull my credit again. So i declined. She didnt tell me the denial reasons.

That's stunning to me because if their system screwed up your letter, there are no doubt others. Most companies would want to plug the breach right away before it makes news. CapOne has been rebounding nicely in the JD Power surveys lately, but this demonstrates that they have many miles to traverse before they can complete with Discover and AMEX.
