Get person with Chase Security?

I applied for a Flex card this weekend and got the 7-10 day. I don't feel I should with ficos over 800, 1 new card opened in 3 year (CSP 3 or 4 months ago) and less than 1% utilization. A rep said I have to talk to their security department (assuming to verify it is me??) But I can not get to them. Anyone have a direct route that doesn't involve being on hold all day. I am still on hold while typing this - 3 hrs later.

Unfortunately, there isn't a direct or quicker access to the department you're trying to reach. You can either stay on hold or call another time during the earlier part of the day to lessen the hold time or reach someone quicker 🤷🏼‍♂️
