Getting error message with citi's pre-screen check

The peer pressure!  I know, I know.  There will never be a perfect time but I have all these thoughts running through my head, lol. 

One is my scores are 816, 816, and 744 (EX).  I have a medical collection which never hit TU, and I was able to dispute it with EQ.  My first few attempts disputing with EX have been unsuccessful.  

Also, I think 2 of 8 24-month hard enq's (not credit card enq's) drop off in Feb.

Also, should I wait for the 5X dining first year intro to come back?

Lastly, I will be adding a $1500 spending intro bonus requirement (90 days) when SYW just dropped a $700 - $800 spend goal on me for the next three months, for their latest offer, lol.

Just click on the pretty premier on top and sure enough took me to the 80k link.  Enjoy the approval.

Err can go through regular site as well even though reported dropped to 60k I see 80k on one above and also one on regular site as well, but to be safe can use one above.  Note had to do incognito as likely have cookies cached on above link.  Good luck!
