Getting nowhere with cap 1

My scores are eq 544 tu566 ex 539  I can't get cap 1 to process a unsecured app  it just spins and says cannot  approve  no inqs  show up very furstrating lol

I would suggest getting a sceured card from SDFCU (State Dept. Federal Credit Union). No HP's and reports to all credit bureaus.. Along with addressing the reasons why your scores are fairly low.  Until you scores get a bit higher is my best advise to you.   Best of luck in your rebuild or building..Also another section to this forum rebuilding your credit you should chek out.

OK thanks I have a cap 1 secured also I'm just wondering why they won't go Thur the whole process pull report ect

Have toy applied for more than 2 cards in the past 30 days? That may be the reason

I tried to apply but it wasn't fully processed  guess that's it but my secured app was in February

Yes by email. They sent a secure document  but it never changes it's from 01/22/15
