Are your only cards capital one and PenFed??
Take it from me you dont want hard pulls for no reason, try the soft pulls on the accounts that you have history with. You have to look at your overall profile from the outside. Just get the car and let the credit build, jmo. good luck in whatever you do, Im not downing you, i made every mistake on my way up

Im in with these cu's and scores will be around 690 with 2 baddies 1 for JP chase falling off in 6 months and 1 for old mortgage account back in 2015
Penfed have the PCR with them going to ask for cli
DCU have CC asking for increase
Langley no products
RBFCU no products (TU score check at least at membership )
DIscover asking for CLI
AOD asking for CLI and PLOC or just the PLOC
CAFCU already spoke with rep that says I'm approved for 10k card but they use TU and its my worse score right now
My question is which should I apply for first or should I shot gun all apps
All of the banks I've talked to in my PLOC spree pretty much are like will extend you X amount of credit either on a CC or in the PLOC. You may as well ask for both the CC and PLOC as a combined HP with the chances they might give you a little more across 2 products that can be combined.
Discover is auto CLI so I'd stick with that. I try it once a month after my new TU score rolls in.
HPs doen't hurt you as much as adding new tradelines do. They instantly lower your AoA and you get also dinged for having a new account. That is why I'm sitting on 3-4 offers for new credit at the moment to see where I can get the best bang for my buck.
