Gold Delta SkyMiles 50,000 BONUS MILES & $50 STATEMENT CREDIT

 2 days a go i applied for this card ( 30.000 bonus miles) i was approved and today i went online to set up my account with delta skymiles and guess what i found that they are offering 50.000 BM.  so i decided to share the link for the 50.000.

They said noway and the only option I have is to cancel the card and appl for it again it sound crazy bu it is what it is.

The AMEX CSR said you can cancel this card and app for another? Might be worth considering. With AMEX you get one bonus per card... ever, so maximizing the points you get on any one card is a good idea. Yeah, another hard pull, but it's at least another $200 in SkyPesos, more if you work it to a flight overseas.

Amex has always been appeasing to me.  Before you close the card (if you're considering that), call the EO and see if they can help you.

Amex is one of the few companies that are crazy stiff when it comes to matching bonus's. They actually had the 50k bonus miles running for a while - you just had to search for it.

Not to hijack your thread, but I still have no clue about the statement credit. Can I purchase a Delta Gift card and successfully get the statement credit?
