Hi if i current holder of bcp and apply for another card is it a soft pulled or hard. Reson why i ask is because i checked my credit report and they pulled a soft on the 27 and a hard.Aso i checkec amex app staus still says in progres

Should be soft pull if declined.

Well it looks like they pulled a soft then a hard mybe i just have to wait
