What about pay in full, throw it in the sock drawer and let it report for 10 years? I prefer to call it pimpin' on a budget. I like it when a credit card company approves me without me having to say what my income is. I don't pay much interest because I keep my utilization low. I totally ignore interest rates on credit cards. I bought a Yoshi knife and a vegetable peeler for less than $20 on the HSN card.
You've proven your case, lol.
If it's a SCT card you know you will use and PIF as to not get slammed with sky high interest, then it may be worth the trouble to apply.
It's all about how and where you use your cards.
