Hard inquiry problem Help

My only concern is it will affected any application in the future cause i want to apply for a Penfed card but i was worried cause based on credit karma its bad the amount i have ?

I haven't recived a denial letter either and called the recon number so but was still denied :/

First and foremost do NOT listen to Credit Karma. They have their purpose but their analysis of ones overall credit isn't one of them in my opinion.
