Has Amex prequal changed?

I on a monthly basis have gone on the Amex prequal and never had anything, now its started saying 

Based on your interests, we recommend the following Cards for you  

So my question is these all have various apr's based on credit worthiness etc is still still basically the same as no we dont have any cards that match our soft pull of you or is there now hope when i see this?

Yeah, it's pretty much the same thing as "We don't have any offers for you" They just slightly changed the wording.

Op I'm glad you asked. I was just thinking the same thing today.

Changed the wording around to probably make it seem more enticing and get people to apply.

^Sadly some people would probably think it is, and go ahead and apply, which is why I'm sure they changed the wording on it.
