Help?!? BoA Rewards App No Status?

Hello everyone I have an odd situation not sure how to approach it. I apped for the BoA cash rewards this morning and recieved the status pending under review. When I use the check status of app section full out my info it states "we have no record of your application". I didn't receive an email saying under review or anything but that could be normal as Discover is the same way no email verification. Not sure if I should call recon line or wait and see what happens. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Did you receive a HP notification yet? IME you won't know anything until after regular business hours resume.
Your application is most likely under manual review. That could take several days.

Gotcha no HP as of yet but it does make sense that they wouldn't review until normal business hours. I just found it odd the system couldnt fine any status on my application not even an under review status.

Status may not show till after they pull your credit. With my first BofA card. It took roughly 4 days before I received a call for verification. Hopefully you'll know something sooner. Good luck with the app.

That's odd. The automated system should've pulled your report at the time of application. I get a HP alert as soon as I apply for new cards or CLIs with BofA.
Silly question, but do you have any of your CRs frozen?

No all are currently unlocked apped for an Amex BCE on Tues got instant approval for $10k SL and HP appeared right away. I dont want to re-app in fear of multiple HP if the first app is truly pending.

Yeah, I definitely wouldn't apply again. Their system may count that as 2 separate applications and affect your SL more so than getting 2 pulls. BofA uses the same HP for 30 days.

Customer service is always open, so you can probably call to find out if the app went through. If you need to talk to an analyst for review, then you have to wait till monday. Good luck!

Update: Finally got the app status to show up after waiting all day. I received the dreaded unfortunately we are unable to approve your request at this time. My question is should I recon this or head to the garden and wait 6 months and try applying again?
